Senior Minister: Trent Sutcliffe
Catherine and I began at St. Marys Anglican in January 2016 and have felt warmly encouraged. We have four children and many strange pets.
Whilst, I love nearly every sport on the planet, I do have a fonder love for AFL, Cricket, and NRL. Catherine loves music, craft, and scrap-booking.
Our greatest excitements in church ministry are witnessing people become Christians and grow in their knowledge and love of Jesus. Our hope and prayers are that you would share in that journey at St Marys as we as a church community aim to show the love of Jesus to our families, friends, and community alike.
Trent is the primary pastor of the St Marys Congregations
Assistant Minister: Youth & Children: Evan Moses
Madi and I moved to St Marys Anglican in 2020 from Brighton Le Sands. We both grew up in The Shire and came from non-Christian families (though praise God that Madi's dad became a Christian a few years ago).
In our 'past lives' both of us have done a few trades, I've done automotive work and Christian outdoor education, and Madi was a nurse, then pastry chef, and is now an administration officer for a custom vehicle company.
I love cars and football (the round kind), while Madi loves making delicious pastries! We share a strong love of music.
We both love kids, youth, and young adults; and have a strong passion to see them understand how awesome Jesus is.
Evan is the primary pastor of the St Clair Congregation and Kids and Youth across the Parish
Student Ministers: Hayden and Kathryn Greathead
Hayden and I (Kathryn) began at St Clair in Feb 2022 and have loved getting to know everyone. We moved from the Sunshine Coast in Queensland in January 2022 in order to be further equipped in gospel ministry as we take on the role of student ministers and study full time at Moore Theological College.
Before arriving in Sydney we did ministry apprenticeships in uni ministry, and before that worked in a range of fields.
I (Hayden) was a school Chaplain then age care cleaner. I love reading, watching good movies, enjoying nature and antiques!
I (Kathryn) studied mathematics at uni before working as a tutor and disability carer among other things. Outside of work I love to play music, cook, and catch-up with friends. I’m also a massive lover of cats!
We love being a part of God’s mission as he captivates the hearts of people, turns them to Himself and grows them in the knowledge and love of him. He has been so incredibly gracious to us, and we feel privileged to help others know and enjoy this grace he offers to them also.
